Doors open late October / early November 2026. Only 100 spots, first come first served.

The private HQ for e-commerce operators who already sell and want to scale to six figures a month. Updated every week with what's working right now.

100spots only. When they're gone, doors close.

Built by Abdellah and Amin.

Together they run a COD brand across the GCC doing six figures a month, with a team covering media buying, call center, data and creative.

Every strategy, process and tool in the community comes from that business.

Everything we teach comes from this business.

No theory, no screenshots from 2017. Every method, process and tool inside the community is pulled from a COD brand in the Gulf launched in September 2024. These are its numbers today.

The dips are part of the curriculum. June 2025, November 2025, June 2026: every drop had a reason. Inside the community you'll see what happened and what was done to come back higher each time.

Net, delivered, margin: we show it all. These are Shopify net sales. In COD, the real game is what reaches the customer and what stays in your pocket. Delivery rate and real margin are exactly what we break down in the Numbers, Margins & KPIs block.

The engine behind the numbers.

Revenue is the easy part to show. What makes a COD brand last is what happens after the order. Here is where few brands in the GCC get to, and exactly what we'll show you.

90%+confirmation rate across the GCC
90%+delivery rate across the GCC
$30–40ka month from repeat customers alone
20,000+customers in our database

Retention call center

How past customers are called back, what the agents say, and how it turns a database into monthly revenue.

WhatsApp marketing

Broadcasts, monthly calendar, abandoned cart recovery, and how to protect your number while sending at volume.

Email marketing

The flows and campaigns that bring customers back without paying for another ad.

LTV & CAC

What a customer is really worth, what you can afford to pay for one, and how to grow the gap between the two.

This is the real process of a brand: acquisition, confirmation, delivery, retention, and the numbers tying it all together. All of it is inside the community.

Winning concepts. Not winning products.

We don't chase the product of the week. We build concepts, strategies and processes that win, and almost everything we launch works, Alhamdulillah, because of the experience behind it.

What you won't find here

  • Recycled strategies from 2017
  • Junk products sold with fake promises
  • Chasing the next "winning product"
  • Confirmation and delivery rates nobody wants to show
  • Stores anyone can copy in a weekend

What you get

  • Winning concepts, strategies and process. A method where almost everything we launch works.
  • Real brands nobody can copy-paste. Zero competition: anyone trying to copy you needs two years of development just to find the same products.
  • 100% legal, a real business from A to Z. Company setup, compliance and taxes included. You'll learn the tax side too.
  • Confirmation and delivery above 90% across the GCC, and the process behind it.
1 / month

A concept giveaway every month

Every month, we give members a concept ready to launch: the product, the angle and the plan to take it to market.

Not a course. An HQ that keeps evolving.

A course gets recorded once and goes stale. Here the content follows the business in real time: every new method that works, every test that fails, every tool that saves time lands in the community.

What works today

The strategies, campaign structures and angles running a six-figure business this month. Updated when the market moves.

Behind the scenes, unfiltered

Real dashboards, real margins, real KPIs. Scale, kill and inventory decisions explained as they're made.

You ask, we answer

Members post their questions and request the videos they need. The program is built with the community.

Who this is for. And who it isn't.

The community is built for people who are already selling. The level of the conversations depends on the level of the members, so we keep it clear from day one.

You belong here if

  • You already run an e-commerce business that makes sales, COD or online payment.
  • You've hit a ceiling and want the next level: $10k, $30k, then six figures a month.
  • You want to understand your numbers, not just launch ads and hope.
  • You run COD and struggle with confirmation, delivery or inventory.
  • You want to build a real brand with a team, not a one-off.

Skip this if

  • You're looking for a miracle product that makes you rich in a week.
  • You've never launched a store and want hand-holding from zero.
  • You want motivation content and Lamborghini screenshots.
  • You don't plan to apply what you learn.

New drops every Friday.

Every Friday, one or two new videos. The rest of the week the community keeps moving: questions, test results, wins shared by members.

The Friday drop

One or two videos a week, filed in the right block. Topics come from what's happening in the business or from member requests.

The "What's working" feed

A pinned feed updated continuously: new winning creatives, campaign structures, tools tested, and what was dropped and why.

Video requests

Stuck on something? Request it, members vote, and the most requested video goes first.

Inside the HQ.

The whole business, organized into blocks. Open each one to see what's inside. Blocks grow every week.

Start right: the right conceptConcept, product, offer

Half the businesses that plateau have a concept problem, not an ads problem. This block shows you how to pick and validate before you put money into inventory.

  • Product and brand concept selection grid
  • Choosing your market and countries
  • Finding the angle that sets you apart
  • Building an offer that converts (packs, bundles, pricing)
  • Validating demand before ordering stock
  • Single product or range: when to expand
Testing a concept, A to ZFrom idea to validated demand

Testing isn't launching three ads on Meta. It's validating a whole concept before you commit real money: the product, the supplier, the offer, the creatives and the demand. One method, so you know exactly where every dollar goes.

  • Defining the concept and the angle before anything else
  • Finding and vetting a supplier, samples, MOQ and unit cost
  • Building the offer and the landing page for the test
  • Producing the first round of test creatives
  • Validating demand with paid ads: budget, timeline, signals
  • Reading the results: kill, iterate or scale
  • From validated test to first stock order
  • The test log that turns every launch into data
Meta AdsWay deeper than buttons

Not a tour of Ads Manager. How the algorithm actually works, how to feed it, and how to structure an account that captures demand today and builds the market for the long term.

  • How the algorithm works and what it optimizes for
  • Bidding strategies: highest volume, cost cap, bid cap, ROAS goal
  • Awareness levels: unaware to most aware, and what to show each
  • Latent demand vs existing demand, and how to create both
  • Campaign types for long-term market penetration
  • Account structure: testing, scaling, retention, retargeting
  • Advantage+, CBO, ABO: when to use what
  • Attribution systems: what Meta counts vs what really happened
  • Pixel, Conversions API, clean signal
  • Growth: vertical and horizontal scaling without breaking CPA
  • Reading the stats and diagnosing a campaign that drops
  • Real account breakdowns on video
Creative strategy & systemsNo more creating blind

On Meta, the creative is the targeting. This block is about creative strategy: knowing why an ad should work before you make it, and building a creative system that scales so 100% of your resources go into ads with a reason to win.

  • Creative strategy: research, angles, personas, awareness levels
  • Building a creative system that scales with volume
  • Hooks, formats and structures that win
  • Statics, UGC, founder-style and AI-assisted production
  • UGC scripts and creator briefs
  • Turning one winner into 10 variations
  • Replicating what works in the market, the right way
  • Reading creative data: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR
  • Creative testing cadence and creative fatigue
YouTube AdsThe second engine

When Meta saturates, YouTube takes over. How to open it properly and make it work with the rest of your acquisition.

  • When to move to YouTube
  • Campaign types and formats
  • Targeting and audiences
  • Creatives built for YouTube
  • Measuring and reading results
Influencer marketingCreators, seeding, collabs

Done right, influencer marketing moves inventory and feeds social proof. Done wrong, it burns cash. This block shows the difference.

  • Finding the right creator profiles
  • Negotiating: flat fee, commission, free product
  • Briefs and content control
  • Seeding and social proof operations
  • Recycling influencer content into ads
  • Measuring the real return of a collab
Email marketingFlows and campaigns

The channel that makes margin without paying for ads. Which flows to set up first and the campaigns that bring customers back.

  • Welcome sequence
  • Abandoned cart
  • Post-purchase and review requests
  • Winback for past customers
  • Promo campaigns and launches
  • Segmenting your list
WhatsApp & retentionGetting repeat orders

The first order pays for the ad, the second one makes the margin. How to turn your customer base into recurring revenue.

  • WhatsApp broadcasts and monthly calendar
  • Abandoned cart recovery with an AI agent
  • Reactivation call center
  • Repeat-purchase offers and packs
  • Protecting your WhatsApp Business number
  • Tracking customer LTV
COD operationsConfirmation, delivery, inventory

In COD you don't win at the order, you win at the delivery. This block covers everything between the click and the cash in your account.

  • Choosing and managing your logistics partner
  • Confirmation rate: scripts and call center
  • Delivery rate by country
  • Inventory and restock management
  • Auditing your partner's invoices
  • Opening a new country
Numbers, margins & KPIsWhat separates pros from amateurs

You can do big revenue and still lose money. This block teaches you to read your business like an investor.

  • The KPIs to watch daily and weekly
  • Building your control dashboard

  • Choosing and setting up your company
  • Taxes: what applies and how to stay clean
  • Invoicing and bookkeeping
  • Product compliance and registration
  • Working with distributors and partners
  • Paying yourself and reinvesting
Tools & AIThe stack, kept up to date

The tools actually in use, with what they cost and what they bring in. When a tool gets replaced, you'll know.

  • Shopify: store, apps, conversion
  • AI for creative, copy and analysis
  • Automations that replace hours of work
  • Automated dashboards and reporting
  • Comment moderation and reply tools
  • New tools tested every month
Team & processesGetting out of operations

At six figures a month you can't do everything yourself. Who to hire first and how to delegate without losing control.

  • The order to hire in
  • Media buyer, data, support, creative: roles and job descriptions
  • Fixed pay and commission
  • Written processes and team routines
  • Managing your team with the right numbers

Plus the "What's working now" feed

Outside the blocks, a live feed with the latest tests, new strategies and tools that just joined the stack. That's where you stay current.

How the community runs.

Content doesn't come from the top down. It starts with your blockers and comes back as videos and answers.

1

You ask your question

Campaign dropping off, delivery rate falling, product to validate. Post it with your numbers.

2

You get an answer

Abdellah and Amin answer directly. Members who've been there share their experience too.

3

It becomes a video

The most common topics become Friday videos. Your blocker helps everyone.

Running COD?There's an extra door.

For COD members who show they're serious, the community can go beyond content: logistics, inventory, and sometimes capital.

FAQ.

Question not here? Ask Amin directly by DM.

What is Skool?

Skool is a platform that brings a community and courses together in one place. You'll find the videos organized by block, the feed to ask your questions, and notifications for new content.

I don't have a business yet. Can I join?

The community is built for people who are already selling. The "Start right" block exists, but most of the content assumes you have a product, a store and your first sales.

Is there a commitment?

It's a monthly membership at $150 a month. You stay as long as it brings you value.

Are the logistics program and investment guaranteed?

No. They're reserved for COD members who show they execute, and every application is reviewed case by case. The membership gives access to the content and the community, not to funding.

I run regular e-commerce, not COD. Is this for me?

Yes. Meta Ads, YouTube, creatives, influencers, email, numbers and team apply to every model. Only the COD Operations block and the logistics program are COD-specific.

Why only 100 spots?

Because Abdellah and Amin answer members directly. Past 100, that level of attention isn't possible, so the first wave is capped. Once the 100 spots are taken, the doors close.

When does it start?

Doors open late October or early November 2026. Only the first 100 people to reserve get in.

100 spots. That's it.

From zero to one million.

Send 1M to Amin on Instagram. The first 100 get in. After that, the doors close.
